Philippe has been in the seafood industry for over 24 years. First as sales manager northern Europe for a leading shrimp processor in Belgium. After that he spent 19 years setting up and managing his own seafood division in Europe for a major UK seafood trader. His many years of experience in trading with food service, industry and retail customers makes him the ideal contact for both suppliers and customers. Personal contact and visits with both the factories in origin and the customers face to face in Europe ensures that he understands the market like no other and can quickly respond to their needs.
Hobbies:
Hiking in the Belgium Ardennen with the dogs, tennis, golf, fishing and cooking
